Which personal data do we process?
ABC Capital processes your personal data when you use our services and/or because you have disclosed that information to us. We have listed the personal data we process below:

- First name and surname
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Other personal data actively provided by yourself, e.g. by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence or by telephone.

For which purpose and on which grounds do we process personal data?
ABC Capital processes your personal data so that we can contact you, either by calling you or sending you an email, if we need to contact you to render our services.

Automated decision-making
ABC Capital does not make any decisions based on automatically processed data about matters that could have - considerable - consequences for anyone.

How long do we keep your personal data?
ABC Capital will not keep your personal data any longer than strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which your data was collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties
ABC Capital will not sell your data to third parties and will only disclose it if that is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to satisfy a legal obligation. We arrange processing agreements with companies that we commission to process your data to ensure that they handle your data with the same high standards of security and confidentiality as we do. ABC Capital is always responsible for that processing.

Cookies and similar technology that we use
ABC Capital only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a tiny text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit our website for the first time. The cookies we use are essential for enabling the website’s technology to function and for your convenience. They ensure that the website works as it should and remember things like your preferences. They also enable us to optimise our website. You can unsubscribe from the cookies by setting your internet browser to not store cookies. Moreover, there are settings in your browser that allow you to remove any information that has already been saved on your device.

Inspecting, changing and deleting data
You have the right to inspect your personal data, to correct it and to have it removed. Moreover, you have the right to withdraw any permission you have given to process data and the right to object against ABC Capital’s processing of your personal data. You also have a right to data portability, meaning that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you to you or another party designated by yourself, in a computer file. Requests to inspect, correct, remove or transfer your personal data, requests to withdraw your permission and objections against the processing of your personal data should be sent to info@abccapital.nl. Please attach a copy of your ID to your request to confirm that it is indeed yourself who wishes to inspect the data. Please black out your passport photograph, the MRZ (the machine-readable zone: the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and your citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We shall respond to your request as quickly as possible, within four weeks at the latest.

ABC Capital would also like to mention that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory body, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority). ABC Capital is very serious about protecting your data and has implemented measures to prevent and check abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted public disclosure and unauthorised changes.
